The arbitrator shall follow applicable substantive law and may award relief permitted by law. Any award will be final subject to applicable rights under the Federal Arbitration Act.
This arbitration provision survives termination of your account or relationship with Akemi Coffee Boost, bankruptcy, assignment or transfer.
You may have the right to opt out of the arbitration provision within 30 days of first purchasing, using or attempting to use a product, subject to the requirements described in these Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Akemi Coffee Boost and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers and employees from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.
